Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bury the Hatchet LLC (d/b/a Electric Sports Social) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit electricsportssocial.com (the “Site”) or reach out to us about our Atlanta venue. We’ve kept it short and plain.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an event or party inquiry, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, preferred date, group size, and any message. If you sign up for our email updates, we collect your email address. If you email or call us, we keep what you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the Site is used. Through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) we collect things like the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This is done with cookies and similar technologies (see below). We may also keep basic server logs.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiries and help arrange bookings, parties, and events.
  • Send you updates, offers, or news — only if you asked us to.
  • Operate, maintain, measure, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Keep the Site secure and comply with the law.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). We show a brief notice about this when you first visit. If you’d rather not be measured, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Google explains how it uses this data in its Privacy Policy. A small essential cookie may be used to remember your cookie choice.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who run parts of our business — in particular booked.it, which powers our bookings, event inquiries, and email marketing (marketing emails are delivered through its email provider, SendGrid), and Google, which provides our analytics. These providers process information on our behalf.
  • Authorities or others when required — to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the safety, rights, or property of our guests, staff, or business.
  • A successor — if we’re ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, to follow up on your inquiry or run our email list — and then delete or anonymize it. We don’t commit to a fixed schedule.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in the email. To ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email admin@electricsportssocial.com. We’ll do our best to honor reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information online. (Kids are welcome at the venue — this is about the website.)

Other sites

The Site links out to third parties (for example, our booking partner and our social media). We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission is ever 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and we’ll flag material changes where appropriate.
