Guest Policies

01Requirements

• Closed-toed shoes are required for all guests, at all times, for axe throwing.
• Loose clothing, dangling jewelry, and unrestrained long hair are not permitted near activity equipment for safety reasons.
• A valid government-issued ID is required.
• Every member of the party must complete a waiver prior to participating — see our Waiver.
• Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while on-site.

02Group Size

Group sizes are limited based on activity and availability at the time of booking. Groups larger than 10 guests are subject to our Events & Parties policy.

03Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Activities offered at Electric Sports Social involve an inherent risk of injury. By signing the required waiver and participating in any activity, guests acknowledge and accept this risk and release Electric Sports Social from liability for injuries sustained on-site, except where prohibited by law.

04Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment in full is required to secure your booking.

• 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund, or reschedule (available during both non-peak and peak hours, subject to availability).
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund, or reschedule (available during non-peak hours only, subject to availability).
• Same-day bookings: Non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.
• No-shows: Non-refundable. No refund, voucher, or rescheduling is available.

This policy applies to standard bookings. Events and group bookings (10+ guests) follow separate terms — see our Events & Parties policy.

05Late Arrival Policy

Your reservation begins at the time you booked. Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, you’re welcome to use the remainder of your originally allotted time. Extending into the next session is possible only if availability allows, at the discretion of the manager on duty.

06Age Restrictions

• Minimum age is 8 for all activities, except Axe Throwing, which requires a minimum age of 10.
• No children are allowed in the facility after 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays; all guests present after this time must be 18 or older.

07Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited. Food and beverage are available for purchase on-site.

08Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcohol. Alcohol will not be served to any guest who appears intoxicated, and staff reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests who are visibly intoxicated may be asked to leave the premises without refund.

09Smoking & Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility and in and around all outdoor seating areas.

10Health & Safety Exclusions

For guest safety, participation in high-risk activities (Axe Throwing, BigHoops, Duck Bowling) is not permitted for guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who have a medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity. Staff reserve the right to exclude any guest from an activity for safety reasons.

11Right to Refuse Service

Electric Sports Social reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest, and to remove any guest from the premises without refund, for reasons including but not limited to intoxication, disorderly conduct, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of any policy listed here.

12Behavior Policy

All guests are expected to follow staff instructions at all times, particularly for activities involving inherent risk (Axe Throwing, BigHoops, Duck Bowling). Horseplay, unsafe use of equipment, aggressive behavior, or harassment of other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. Management reserves the right to end a session early for safety or conduct violations.

13Photography & Marketing

Electric Sports Social may photograph or film guests on-site for use in marketing and promotional materials. By visiting our facility, guests consent to this use unless they notify staff otherwise prior to their visit.

14Payment Policy

Electric Sports Social is a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards; cash is not accepted for payment, deposits, or refunds.
